Our rapid growth and increasing demand for our services have created an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Audit Team, working with medium to large US and Japanese-based clients in the manufacturing and distribution industries.

🔍 Your Role

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform audit procedures: Apply your understanding of audit theories and procedures during client engagements to perform audit tasks and resolve audit issues.
  • Review and provide feedback: Review staff work products, offer constructive feedback, and identify staff developmental needs.
  • Client consulting: Assist managers in developing operational and control improvement ideas, client presentations, and sales opportunities.
  • Practice development: Develop and execute strategies including networking, new client acquisition, and client expansion activities.

🎓 Qualifications

  • 5+ years of recent, relevant audit experience in public accounting, with a focus on manufacturing and distribution clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
  • CPA certification required
  • Proven experience supervising and mentoring staff on engagements
  • Experience managing client relationships and engagements
  • Japanese language skills (verbal and written) are mandatory

The salary range for this role in CO, IL, OH, and MA is $98,500 - $151,000. Factors like experience, education, skills, and location influence the exact compensation package.
