Who You Are

• Educational Background: Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• Language Skills: Proficient in English and Japanese
• Experience: Over 2 years of patent prosecution experience
• Legal Credentials: Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements
• Registration: Registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Writing Skills: Superior writing abilities and excellent academic credentials
• Analytical Skills: Thrive in conducting complex, detailed legal analyses
• Communication: Enjoy engaging with a diverse range of clients, attorneys, and staff
• Team Player: Enthusiastic about working within a collaborative, team-oriented environment and contributing to effective relationships

Salary & Compensation 💰

The salary range for this position is $235,000 – $310,000. The final offer will depend on your qualifications and experience, and will be adjusted for flexible work schedules.
