Who You Are

• Educational Background: Strong foundational knowledge in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Japanese.
• Experience: Over 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Licensing & Certification: Active membership in the state bar, compliance with CLE requirements, and registration before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Writing & Academic Excellence: Superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Analytical Skills: Thrive in conducting complex legal analyses with attention to detail.
• Communication: Enjoy engaging with a diverse range of clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Team Player: Enthusiastic about collaborative, team-oriented work and building effective relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this position is $235,000 - $310,000. The final offer will depend on your qualifications and experience and will be adjusted for flexible schedules. 💼
