Who You Are

• Educational & Technical Background: You have a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Japanese.
• Experience: Over 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
• Legal Credentials: Active membership in the state bar and compliance with CLE requirements.
• Patent Registration: Registered before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
• Writing & Academic Performance: Superior writing skills coupled with excellent academic credentials.
• Analytical Skills: Passion for conducting detailed legal analysis.
• Communication: Enjoy working with diverse clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Team Player: Enthusiastic about contributing to and thriving within a team-oriented environment.

Compensation & Schedule

The salary range for this role is $235,000 - $310,000. The actual offer will depend on your qualifications and experience, with adjustments for flexible schedules.
