About The Role

The Team

The Associate Director will oversee two global teams dedicated to developing and deploying web applications. This role requires engaging with Business Owners to capture requirements, translating them into actionable development plans. You'll mentor team members across various regions, facilitating effective collaboration and ensuring the delivery of high-quality web solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities And Impact

We are seeking a dynamic Full Stack Developer with leadership qualities to guide our international development efforts. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage a global development team to design, build, and deploy web applications 🌐
  • Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular and React JS
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless system integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into technical solutions
  • Optimize application performance and scalability for high traffic and large data handling
  • Design, implement, and maintain database solutions using Oracle and Postgres
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership 💻
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the application stack
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Compensation and Benefits 💼

US Candidates Only

The anticipated base salary range is $150,000 to $180,000. Final compensation depends on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, and certifications.

This role includes eligibility for an annual incentive plan. It does not qualify for additional bonuses like sales commissions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience with front-end frameworks, especially Angular and React JS
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with RESTful APIs
  • Extensive experience with relational databases such as Oracle and Postgres
  • Expertise in full-stack development encompassing both front-end and back-end technologies
  • Experience working within an Agile environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a history of managing international teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew; please include language skills in your application

Additional Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of containerization and microservices architecture
  • Experience with front-end build tools and version control systems like Git and Webpack
