Hadar Is Hiring An Associate Director of School Engagement
The Hadar Institute is dedicated to enriching the educational experience for day school students, educators, leaders, and families through innovative programs and initiatives. We are looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven individual to join our team as a School Engagement Associate.
About the Role
This position serves as the primary point of contact for schools interested in engaging with Hadar across various initiatives, including Pedagogy of Partnership (PoP), Maimonides Moot Court Competition (MMCC), and Devash. The role focuses on recruiting schools, nurturing relationships, and representing Hadar in the field, all while working collaboratively within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Identify and implement priorities to recruit schools for Hadar programs such as PoP, MMCC, and Devash.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with prospective and current partner schools through regular communications, check-ins, and site visits.
- Program Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new schools and manage related communications and marketing efforts across multiple platforms.
- Alumni Engagement: Oversee educator alumni programming to maintain ongoing engagement.
- Representation: Advocate for Hadar by attending events such as the Prizmah conference and other relevant gatherings.

Preferred Experience
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, ideally within educational or Jewish community organizations 🎓
- Experience collaborating with school leadership teams 🏫
- Familiarity with Hebrew language and texts is a plus ✡️
Additional Notes
- Must be available to work during East Coast hours ⏰
- Reliable high-speed internet and occasional domestic travel required ✈️
