Job Responsibilities 💼

• Greeting and Welcoming: Create a friendly environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, assigning clients to the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling meetings.
• Customer Assistance: Assist with daily transactions, open new accounts, and ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Promoting Technology: Educate clients on using self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App and ATMs to facilitate their banking needs efficiently.
• Relationship Building: Actively listen, ask thoughtful questions, demonstrate empathy, and introduce clients to our team of experts for comprehensive financial guidance.
• Branch Operations: Manage cash devices like vaults and ATMs while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
