Job Responsibilities & Scope 📝

Leadership & Customer Experience 🌟

• Manage daily service, sales, and operational objectives within the store.
• Lead a team to strengthen customer relationships through TD’s model of convenience, personalized advice, and connected experiences.
• Make decisions for day-to-day work on the teller line or platform with minimal supervision.

Team Management & Advisory 🤝

• Guide advice and service colleagues to achieve individual and store goals.
• Oversee complex sales activities across multiple systems and partners.
• Drive advice activities by coaching, observing, and communicating effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of local market trends and economic conditions to support advice recommendations.
• Handle high-risk issues proactively and effectively.
• Develop and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and product expertise.
• Deliver end-to-end financial advice to help customers meet their goals.

Community & Relationship Building 🌍

• Participate in community events to promote the TD brand.
• Engage with customers by providing financial advice and deepening relationships through lead management activities.

Qualifications & Experience 🎓

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; banking product knowledge preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Notary license (preferred).
• Must maintain active NMLS registration upon hire.

• Complete daily store transactions smoothly and accurately.

• Manage vault, cash operations, and store audits.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Support a high-performing team through coaching and performance management.
• Promote a diverse, inclusive environment aligned with TD’s shared commitments.
• Contribute to recruitment efforts and fostering team collaboration.

Physical Requirements & Travel 🚶‍♀️✈️

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and operating office equipment.

• Domestic travel is occasional; international travel not required.
