Role Overview

As a member of the ministry staff, the Assistant Pastor will serve under the supervision of the Senior Pastor. The primary focus is to assist in leading the Cantonese-speaking congregation, fostering spiritual growth, and promoting a loving community grounded in biblical principles. This position is full-time and requires total dedication and commitment.

Principal Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Pastor in shepherding the church community.
• Provide pastoral leadership to various ministries, including preaching, teaching, caring, and outreach activities within the Cantonese-speaking congregation.
• Assist the Senior Pastor with administrative tasks related to pastoral duties.
• Help in ministry planning and the execution of church programs and initiatives.
