Job Description

• Process information quickly and concisely, with a keen eye for recognizing sensitive cultural differences 🤝
• Respond promptly to video and audio interpreting sessions, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor 🎥🎧
• Participate in online, video, and audio training sessions to enhance your skills 📚
• Deliver interpretation services via video and expeditiously type data on a dedicated device 💻
• Render accurate concepts and meanings following established interpretation protocols, avoiding omissions or additions ✍️
• Speak clearly in both languages with proper pronunciation, enunciation, and polite expressions 🗣️
• Maintain professionalism throughout all sessions at all times 🎩
• Remain calm in emergency situations, such as 911 calls, during interpretations 🚑
• Prioritize punctuality and availability during scheduled work hours ⏰
• Follow client instructions and adhere to protocols to meet expectations ✔️

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English, with an understanding of the associated cultural nuances 🌐
• Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills to ensure high accuracy during interpretation 📝
• Ability to stay focused, neutral, and objective throughout conversations ⚖️
• Education or work experience in language-related fields such as teaching, translation, or interpretation (preferred) 🎓
• Adaptability to new LLS technology enhancements to improve service delivery 🔧
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older 🔞
• Legal authorization to work in the United States ✅
• High school diploma or equivalent 📜
• Ability to read and write in requested languages — highly preferred ✍️
