Are you fluent in Albanian and passionate about community support?

thebigword is looking for dedicated bilingual volunteers in New York City to assist voters during the upcoming elections on June 23, 2026. Get involved and make a difference!

What You’ll Do:

• Support non-English speakers at polling sites across NYC Boroughs ✨
• Interpret between voters and poll workers, translate ballots, and answer questions 🗳️
• Assist with site setup, breakdown, and administrative tasks 🛠️
• Foster a nonpartisan, welcoming environment for all voters 🤝

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the US ✅
• Excellent communication skills 🗣️
• Availability for Election Day (5:00am–10:00pm) and Early Voting days 🗓️
• Willing to undergo training 📚
