About The Opportunity

We are seeking detail-oriented human reviewers with a strong understanding of their local cultural context to support various AI training and evaluation projects. In this role, you will work on diverse tasks such as evaluating prompts and AI-generated outputs, reviewing and correcting text, analyzing multimedia content, contributing voice recordings, and more. Your careful judgment will help ensure high-quality results by focusing on accuracy, clarity, cultural appropriateness, brand alignment, and overall effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and nuanced understanding of local norms and market expectations.

What You’ll Deliver

• Content Generation & Assessment: Depending on the task, you may be asked to create original content or evaluate AI outputs.
• Culturally Relevant Content: Apply local insight to ensure tone, symbolism, visual cues, and market fit are appropriate.
• Issue Spotting: Identify common problems such as visual artifacts, inconsistent style, translation errors, or cultural mismatches.
• Structured Annotations: Provide clear, concise annotations usable for model improvement.
• Evaluation Standards: Apply guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes to maintain score and judgment alignment.

Qualifications

• Native Fluency: In the target language.
• English Proficiency: Strong command of English.
• Experience: Prior work as an AI reviewer, annotator, or evaluator is preferred.
• Material Handling: Comfortable working with both textual and audio/video content.
• Guideline Adherence: Ability to follow detailed instructions and give clear feedback.
• Attention to Detail: Capable of thorough and accurate content categorization.
