Your Role at SIXT 🚗

In this role, you will assist private customers in quickly and efficiently obtaining replacement vehicles. You'll collaborate with insurance and roadside assistance companies, processing their orders via email or phone, creating reservations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Your Skills Matter 🎯

• Customer Orientation: Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English; additional languages like Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
• Effective Communication: Open-minded, communicative, and enjoys writing and making phone calls.
• Flexibility: Adaptable to a dynamic work environment, including availability for night shifts.
• Teamwork: Collaborates effectively within an international and energetic team.
• Solution-Focused: Quickly identifies problems and proposes effective solutions to ensure service continuity.
• Technical Skills: Basic experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook).
• Reliability & Independence: Works diligently, responsibly, and with a service- and solution-oriented mindset.
