Position Details
- Role: Red Team Data Expert
- Type: Full-time or Part-time Contract Work
- Compensation: $58/hour 💰
- Location: Remote (USA, Israel only)
Role Responsibilities
- Red team conversational AI models and agents by conducting jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, bias exploitation, and multi-turn manipulation. 🕵️♂️
- Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks.
- Apply structured testing methods using taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to ensure consistency.
- Document reproducible findings by producing detailed reports, datasets, and attack cases that customers can act on.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have ✅
- Prior red teaming experience in AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.
- Native-level fluency in English and Hebrew.
- Ability to explain risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills 🌟
- Experience in Adversarial ML: jailbreak datasets, prompt injection, RLHF/DPO attacks, model extraction.
- Skills in Cybersecurity: penetration testing, exploit development, reverse engineering.
- Expertise in socio-technical risks: harassment/disinformation probing, abuse analysis, conversational AI testing.
