🔎 Position Overview: Patient Services Advocate

We are seeking a friendly and organized Patient Services Advocate to create a welcoming environment for patients upon their arrival at our clinics. Your role is vital in delivering exemplary customer service from check-in to check-out.

📝 Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival and promptly answer incoming calls
  • Gather information, assess caller needs, and offer effective resolutions
  • Guide patients through registration, including insurance verification
  • Manage patient queuing to keep everyone informed about wait times and ensure efficient visits
  • Assist with collecting patient feedback to improve services
  • Accurately record charges and payments, and prepare daily deposits and reconciliation logs

🎯 What You Bring to the Role

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm, supportive, and professional in busy or stressful situations
  • Preferably two years of experience in a medical front office or customer service environment
  • Bonus: Knowledge of medical or insurance billing procedures
