Position Overview 🎯
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to support our global payment operations. In this role, you will:
- Assist with receiving payments from buyers and resolving payment issues
- Maintain accurate financial records and transactions
- Manage daily bank reconciliations and cash disbursements
- Reconcile financial data with third-party sources such as bank statements
- Support our global payment operations as a key team member
This hybrid position is based in Miami, with travel to Israel 1-2 times per year.
The Role & Responsibilities 📝
- Reconcile bank transactions and payment records
- Ensure timely and accurate cash application across all transactions
- Identify, review, and resolve financial discrepancies
- Communicate professionally with global customers, providing support and assistance
- Process customer payments and handle payment-related queries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operations and projects
Qualifications ✅
- 1-3 years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong understanding of payment flows, bank reconciliations, and cash applications
- Experience working with global customers (preferred)
- Native Hebrew speaker — a must
- Familiarity with accounting software; proficiency in NetSuite is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
