📝 Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), general ledger (GL), treasury, and overall accounting functions
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including financial statement preparation and consolidation activities
• Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring accurate forecasting and liquidity planning
• Oversee ERP system entries, maintenance, and data integrity across finance functions
• Prepare and file sales, use, and property tax returns as required by regulations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and procedures
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis
• Collaborate with the SOX team to support pre-IPO planning, execution, and internal controls readiness
• Support SOX compliance efforts, including documentation, testing, and remediation
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team to foster high performance
• Assist with audits (internal and external) and ensure timely responses
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls
• Prepare and review ad hoc financial reports and management requests
• Ensure regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels

🛠 Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Over 15 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in management, preferably in manufacturing or corporate settings
• Experience in a pre-IPO environment or IPO readiness/SOX implementation (required or strongly preferred)
• Prior collaboration with SOX compliance teams (highly preferred)
• Team management or supervisory experience (preferred)
• Deep knowledge of A/P, A/R, GL, financial reporting, and cash management
• ERP system experience (Oracle preferred)
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
• Bilingual in Korean is a must

💰 Pay Range & Benefits

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
