📝 Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to compile, analyze, and report accounting data
• Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
• Assist with Monthly Closing processes
• Prepare weekly, monthly, & yearly financial reports for senior leadership and Korea headquarters
• Utilize bookkeeping software, SAP, and ensure accurate entry into company files or databases
• Ensure timely bill payments
• Implement and enforce financial & inventory controls
• Stay current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations and policies
• Perform other duties as assigned

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; or equivalent experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
• 0-3 years' experience in accounting (preferred)
• Bilingual fluency in English and Korean (required)
