Responsibilities

Client Onboarding
Client onboarding is a critical component of our operations, as it sets the tone for our client relationships. Your role will involve ensuring a seamless onboarding process by working closely with Sales, Client Services, and Compliance teams to promote transparency, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence on new account applications to verify information and ensure compliance.
- Understand onboarding practices and regulations related to AML & KYC, including reportation tasks.
- Support the processing of corporate applications and structures, contributing to smooth account setup.
- Build effective relationships with internal and external clients.
- Identify gaps in client documentation and facilitate account approvals.
- Keep management informed about processing issues and red flags.
- Assist with internal projects and other delegated tasks.
Qualifications & Skills 🎯
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to work between 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET.
- In-office work requirement: 4 days a week with 1 remote day.
- Previous experience in KYC with knowledge of AML.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows applications.
- Determined, passionate, adaptable, and solution-oriented team player.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Role Details & Compensation 💼
This hybrid role based in Warren, New Jersey offers an entry-level salary of $21/hr (~$45,000 annually), with compensation determined by experience and qualifications. Based on performance and managerial recommendations, the role may qualify for incentive bonuses. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, financial, and other perks depending on the position.
