Client Onboarding
Client onboarding is a vital part of our operations, serving as one of the first impressions we make on our customers. Our mission is to provide the best customer experience through operational excellence, leveraging our team’s skills to ensure transparency, efficiency, and smooth onboarding of prospective clients. 🤝
We collaborate proactively with Sales, Client Services, and Compliance teams to uphold these standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform due diligence on new account applications to verify and ensure compliance.
- Understand onboarding practices and regulations related to AML & KYC, including performing KYC regulatory and reporting tasks as needed.
- Experience processing corporate applications and structures is advantageous.
- Support accurate and timely account processing, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and open new accounts within service standards.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external clients.
- Identify gaps in client documentation to facilitate account approval.
- Keep management informed about processing issues and red flags.
- Assist with internal projects or delegated tasks to support team goals.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Availability to work between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. ET.
- Must work in-office 4 days a week with 1 remote day optional.
- Previous KYC experience with AML knowledge preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and related applications.
- Must be determined, passionate, and adaptable.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to multitask and work proactively within a solution-oriented team.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
Position Details
This hybrid role is based in Warren, New Jersey, offering compensation typical for entry-level positions in the region.
**Starting Salary:** $21/hour (~$45,000 annually).
*Salary is commensurate with education, experience, skills, and market data.*
