Responsibilities

Client Onboarding Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough due diligence on new account applications and documentation to ensure compliance and verification.
- Understand onboarding practices and regulations related to AML & KYC; perform related regulatory and reporting tasks as needed.
- Support processing of corporate applications and corporate structures; leverage experience to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to process accounts accurately and timely, resolving issues proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Identify gaps in client documentation to facilitate smooth account approvals.
- Keep management informed about processing issues, red flags, and potential improvements.
- Assist with internal projects and other delegated tasks to support team goals.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET
- Willingness to work in-office 4 days a week (with 1 remote day optional)
- Previous experience in KYC with strong AML knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and related applications
- Dedicated, passionate, and adaptable mindset
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Required academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Position Details
This hybrid role is based in Warren, New Jersey. The compensation package includes:
- Starting hourly rate of $21/hr (~$45,000 annually)
- Potential participation in an incentive compensation plan (subject to performance and management approval)
