About the Role: Account Manager (French Speaking) - ExxonMobil 📝

The National Account Sold To Account Manager will focus on driving revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer satisfaction within automotive national accounts. This role combines relationship development, strategic execution, pipeline management, and operational excellence for complex, multi-step processes.

Location: Ogden, UT - Hybrid

What Will You Do? 🎯

  • Develop and implement account growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify emerging market trends, monitor competitor activity, and uncover growth opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual performance KPIs.
  • Ensure consistent application of contract, pricing, credit, accounts receivable, and offer standards across all accounts.
  • Manage pipeline development and opportunity progression for high-value accounts.
  • Lead strategic negotiations and escalate deals as needed.
  • Adhere to SLA and Standard Operating Procedures to meet expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive national accounts at the headquarter level.
  • Deliver a world-class customer experience through prompt issue escalation, communication, and resolution.
  • Engage and interact strategically with channel partners.
  • Represent the client at customer meetings and industry events to enhance brand presence.
  • Foster collaboration across internal teams like Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Finance.
  • Monitor and optimize the use of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline and account management.
  • Integrate supply chain considerations into sales planning and execution.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and governance standards.

What Will You Need to Succeed? 🚀

  • Strong experience in B2B sales; experience in the finished lubricants/oil & gas industries is a plus.
  • Fluent in French (both written and verbal).
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts at the headquarter level to achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Experience managing contracts, pricing, negotiations, and enforcing terms.
  • Knowledge of industrial, automotive, and commercial vehicle industries is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multi-step processes successfully.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.

Compensation & Benefits 💰

The salary range is from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, with an hourly pay between $26.44 and $28.85. This may include a variable bonus component of $5,000 per year. Factors influencing compensation include responsibilities, experience, location, education, internal equity, and skills. Further details will be provided during the interview process.
