About the Role
At DICE, we're redefining live entertainment, creating a space where you can be authentic, influence culture, and produce work you’re proud of. We’re seeking an Account Manager based in Milan, Italy, to foster strong relationships with venues and promoters and drive our growth in the live events space.
What You'll Be Doing 👣
- Building & Leading Relationships: Collaborate with key partners to meet revenue goals, ensure satisfaction, and maintain long-term loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Marketing, Field Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure operational excellence and seamless on-site event needs.
- Maximising Partner Success: Monitor sales performance, analyze insights, and implement strategies to optimise marketing and sales efforts.
- Industry & Product Insights: Keep up-to-date with DICE product developments and industry trends to adapt partner event strategies.
- Regional & Central Team Coordination: Serve as the bridge connecting regional partners to the central DICE teams, managing expectations and documenting needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with your team to overcome challenges and achieve shared goals.

What We Need From You 📋
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Deep local knowledge of Italy’s live industry, based in Milan.
- Strong business and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in live events, including Account Management, Event Operations, or Marketing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and resourcefulness.
- Understanding of marketing, social media, and analytics.
- Solid knowledge of how festivals, venues, and promoters operate.
- Ticketing experience is a big plus!

Hybrid Working & Location 🏢
This role is located in Milan, Italy. We offer a hybrid work model—three days in the office and two days remote—to promote flexibility and collaboration. Specific schedules can be discussed during the interview.
