About the Role

The Account Manager will collaborate closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to sign and onboard new clients, expand current accounts, and identify additional service opportunities. This position plays a crucial role in aligning client goals with adops.com's offerings and managing strategic partnerships, especially with Google and other reselling partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist sales and management throughout the client onboarding process.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
• Enhance internal account management processes.
• Support account management operations, leading cross-functional teams to evaluate client needs, respond to requests, and ensure smooth relationship management.
• Identify and grow strategic accounts.
• Collaborate on presenting adops.com’s product and service offerings effectively.
• Coordinate business development initiatives to expand current services and introduce new offerings.
• Lead account efforts by coordinating analytic, strategic, and technical resources to meet client expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years experience in client services or ad operations teams.
• Fluency in Spanish or strong proficiency in business writing and speaking.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Deep technical understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (ad serving, programmatic, video, rich media, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Superior interpersonal and client service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in time-sensitive environments.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving setting.
• Highly self-motivated and resourceful attitude.
