  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to connect effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience & Background: A minimum of 2-3 years in B2B sales or a similar role, preferably with a technical sales focus.
  • Inside Sales Experience: Prior experience with SMB clients in an inside sales environment is highly advantageous.
  • Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of the telecommunications industry, especially IoT solutions, connectivity, and various IoT verticals.
  • Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is considered a plus.
  • Collaboration Skills: Structured and dedicated approach to working with external partners.
  • Team Player Attitude: Open-minded, collaborative, and committed to team success.
  • Practical & Positive Outlook: Demonstrates a practical mentality, positive attitude, and a strong desire for continuous learning.

  • Build & Maintain Customer Relationships: Engage with medium and small clients via phone and email, acting as the primary contact for new webshop buyers and inquiries. Focus on developing long-term, strategic relationships.
  • Proactive Customer Support: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing needs and concerns promptly, contributing to steady order flow.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the international team to meet regional and personal targets through effective communication and coordination.
