Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive with proven experience in SaaS sales within the SMB or mid-market space. The ideal candidate will utilize a consultative, value-based selling approach to identify customer pain points, articulate ROI, and foster trusted, long-term relationships. Excellence in fast-paced environments and exceeding quotas are essential.

Core Responsibilities 💼

  • Manage the entire sales process: from prospecting and discovery to negotiation, closing, and post-sales handoff.
  • Utilize consultative, value-based selling to uncover customer challenges and align solutions with their business objectives.
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account development.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly revenue targets consistently.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility within the CRM system.
  • Represent HungerRush professionally with credibility and integrity.

Qualifications 🎯

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • 3 to 5+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in technology sectors like websites/ecommerce or POS-related verticals. Short cycle SMB SaaS sales experience is also acceptable.
  • Consistently achieves or exceeds quota.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and familiarity with Value-Based Selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
  • Proven ability to identify and validate customer pain points.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to articulate ROI and business value to stakeholders at various levels.
  • A self-starter with resilience, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar systems for pipeline management.
  • Ability to handle rejection and manage sales objections effectively.
  • Goal-oriented, coachable, and driven by a hunter mentality.
