Position Overview
Location: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) – Brisbane, CA
In this role, you'll leverage warm leads and recruit organizations to join Odoo’s partner ecosystem, offering innovative ERP solutions to clients across the region. Full training is provided to ensure your success in closing deals and supporting tailored implementations.

Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Recruitment & Strategy: Use data analytics, CRM scoring, and BANT techniques to identify promising partners and develop revenue growth strategies through the Odoo lead system.
- Business Development: Project business revenue, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and customize Odoo ERP solutions using Python and SQL for client needs.
- Performance & Reporting: Analyze strategic changes, develop dashboards, and report on key metrics for management to guide decision-making.
- Sales & Pipeline Management: Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through accurate forecasting and effective deal closure strategies.
- Partner Relationship Management: Manage partner relationships within a defined territory, guiding them through onboarding and sales cycles with tailored support.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- Languages: Fluency in English and French (professional or native/bilingual)
- Experience: 1+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong interest in software technologies
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with accounting, manufacturing, inventory, CRM, POS, or E-commerce software
- Work Experience: SaaS or PaaS pre/post-sales experience is a plus

Compensation: The estimated annual OTE (On-Target Earnings) ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, with a base salary between $50,000 and $70,000. Actual salary may vary based on your qualifications and experience.
