Role Overview
As a Sales Account Executive, you will act as a liaison between our sales team and clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and maintaining high-standard relationships. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will help us continue our legacy of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Sales Development: Identify selling opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and seek out new prospects via cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Client Engagement: Set up meetings, listen to client wishes, and deliver tailored presentations on products and services.
- Customer Service: Coordinate with clients to provide exceptional service, especially during busy periods, greeting and directing requests.
- Product Knowledge & Promotions: Educate customers on product features, pricing, discounts, and new offerings. Increase sales through market trend analysis.
- Account & Financial Management: Manage existing customer accounts, merchandise returns, and accounts receivable to boost gross profit.
- Reporting & Stock Management: Create sales and financial reports, ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
- Representation & Negotiation: Participate in exhibitions, negotiate deals, and handle objections or complaints professionally.
- Team Collaboration & Feedback: Share customer feedback with internal teams and collaborate to improve results.
- Order Processing & Relationship Building: Obtain orders, open new accounts, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Sales Quotas & Activity Tracking: Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, and submit activity reports.
- Additional Tasks: Troubleshoot issues, adjust sales presentations, and perform other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role
- Proficiency in English; ability to speak, read, and write Korean/Japanese is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred)
- Passionate about healthy, organic, fair trade, and sustainable foods
- Strong sales experience in the food and beverage industry
- Ability to manage customer relationships, pricing, and credit terms
- Market and cultural understanding
- High school diploma or higher
- Fast learner with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
