What You Will Do
- Build and develop your client portfolio by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within your assigned market.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Qualify new leads proactively through daily outbound calls, follow-ups, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with the technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvements.
- Address issues and inquiries from buyers and suppliers during trading operations.
- Monitor performance against monthly targets and KPIs, taking ownership of revenue growth within your portfolio.
- Stay informed about market trends, product demand, and industry dynamics to guide trading decisions.
Who You Are
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Has prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or Account Management.
- Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates excellent Italian language skills and strong communicative ability in English.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Has a basic understanding of trade and supply chain management — a plus.
