Position Overview 🚜

Our Bilingual Yard Associates play a vital role in achieving store excellence while supporting our branch strategies, performance, and growth. They are essential in organizing products for deliveries and maintaining the overall branch organization.

What You’ll Do 🛠️

• Unload products from incoming trucks
• Load products into outbound vehicles for customers and the company
• Replenish or reposition products at the branch as directed
• Assist customers with product selection and provide additional support
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and procedures that enhance business performance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills We Are Seeking 🤝

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Conversational proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Strong safety-minded work ethic
• Customer-focused attitude and dependable team player
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and processes
• Experience with green industry products (landscape, hardscape, nursery, forestry, irrigation) a plus
• Experience operating equipment such as forklift, skid steer, or front-end loader a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
