Qualifications and Requirements

Necessary Requirements:

• Massachusetts Teaching Certification or certification eligibility in the assigned area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in a relevant field
• Demonstrated success working with diverse student needs, talents, and abilities
• Effective communication with students, colleagues, and parents
• Experience in developing engaging, standards-aligned instruction based on Massachusetts Frameworks
• Experience in team collaboration and co-teaching
• Other qualifications as determined by the district
