Job Summary 📝

As a Workplace Violence (WPV) Reduction Instructor at Sinai Hospital, you will develop, facilitate, and evaluate comprehensive training programs centered on de-escalation, self-defense, and workplace violence prevention. Your expertise will empower employees with vital skills to effectively handle threats and promote a safe, secure environment.

You will collaborate with key stakeholders to continuously improve training initiatives, ensuring they align with industry best practices and reflect the mission and values of LifeBridge Health.

Requirements ✅

• Minimum of 5 years experience in workplace violence prevention, training, security, law enforcement, healthcare, or a related field.
• Completion of the Masada Train-the-Trainer program within 3 months of employment start date.
