Your Role & Impact as a Workday Consultant 💼

• Develop deep expertise in the Workday product suite, especially in Absence Management & Time Tracking
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements post go-live
• Design, build, configure, and test innovative Workday solutions tailored to client needs
• Contribute to the training and mentorship of Junior Consultants
• Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to enhance internal capabilities
• Build strong relationships with clients, guiding them to maximize their Workday deployments
• Foster trust with project teams, management, and external partners
• Bring industry insights and stay informed on HR and Financials landscapes
• Apply Workday and Strada methodologies effectively
• Manage multiple client projects while delivering exceptional results

Skills & Qualifications ✅

• Fluent in English and German – excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and functional expertise, demonstrated in project or support roles
• Workday Certification in Absence Management and/or Time Tracking
• Experience with HR Systems maintenance post go-live
• Previous consulting experience in HR processes or HR services teams (desirable)
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
• Proven stakeholder management abilities
• Collaborative mindset and experience working in virtual teams
• Integrity, self-motivation, and confidence in managing your workload
