Job Overview 🚀

We are seeking a Workday System Analyst to lead HR administration, configuration, and support across our international workstreams, particularly in Canada (with an emphasis on Quebec) and Mexico. The ideal candidate will have experience managing bilingual (English/French) HR environments, navigating regional compliance, tax, and benefits requirements—experience in Quebec healthcare is highly desirable. The role involves ensuring data integrity, optimizing HR processes, and providing responsive support to local HR teams to facilitate smooth daily operations within Workday.

Note: Expect travel approximately 4-6 times per year to Quebec, Canada.

Key Responsibilities 📋

  • Administer configuration and maintenance of Workday Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation modules for international locations, ensuring compliance with Canadian (including Quebec) and Mexican regulations.
  • Manage business processes, eligibility rules, validations, and reporting structures tailored to regional HR practices and labor standards.
  • Support local HR users with troubleshooting, data corrections, and guidance across HCM, maintaining bilingual documentation and audit compliance.
  • Coordinate testing and implementation of Workday releases and enhancements impacting international HR functionality and country-specific processes.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership, HR Operations, and local teams in Canada and Mexico to align system design with legislation, healthcare requirements, and governance policies.

Qualifications ✅

Required:

  • Fluency in both French (written and spoken) and English
  • Strong knowledge of at least two Workday modules such as Core, HCM, Benefits, or Compensation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Workday Pro Certified in HCM Module
  • 2+ years of experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday modules
  • Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and integration frameworks
