🌟 Your Main Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
• Manage support tickets related to inquiries, refunds, or incomplete services
• Make outbound calls to expedite case resolutions and enhance communication
• Perform back-office tasks including outbound calls to promote products and gather feedback
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
• Achieve performance targets within deadlines
• Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when necessary

💰 Salary Packages

Option 1: With Accommodation (Company Housing)

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,050/month
• Includes:
  • Base salary
  • Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
  • Meal allowance (€7 per working day)
  • Apartment benefit-in-kind (€200 declared on payslip, tax-free until 31/12/2026)
  • Health insurance from day one
  • Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)

Option 2: Without Accommodation (Self-arranged Housing)

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,379/month
• Includes:
  • Higher base salary (no apartment benefit)
  • Monthly holiday & Christmas allowances
  • Meal allowance
  • Health insurance from day one
  • Potential productivity bonus (performance-based)

📚 Training Details

• Schedule: 8 hours/day
• Content: System onboarding, customer management, product training, on-the-job practice
• Training allowance: €42.72 per day (paid only upon full completion)

🏢 Working Conditions

• Hours: 40 hours/week plus 1-hour lunch break
• Vacation: 22 days/year plus Italian holidays
• Public Holidays: Compensation day provided if working on Portuguese holidays
• Location: Office near Oriente / Moscavide stations (accessible by metro, bus, train)
