About the Role
My name is Lance Bridges, CEO of Superior Roustabout Service and Co-Owner of The Singleton Group Inc & BrookeView Lawn Care. I am looking for a highly motivated, customer-oriented individual to join our expanding team as a Work from Home Customer Service Representative.
This fully remote role involves being the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional support, and ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Salary 💰
Weekly Pay: $1,000
Key Responsibilities 📝
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions about products and services, and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions using our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Stay knowledgeable about products, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Meet or exceed daily performance metrics and quality assurance standards.
Required Qualifications ✅
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or customer service certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably remotely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including common business software and web applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a self-directed environment.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet.
Preferred Qualifications ⭐
- Experience with CRM or help desk software such as Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
