Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $21 per hour ๐ต
Work Schedule Options:
- Sunday through Thursday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST
- Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM EST
Schedules are determined based on time zones and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory (Basic Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent ๐
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience โ๏ธ
- Fluency in both Spanish and English ๐ฃ๏ธ๐ช๐ธ
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of Financial Services or Banking experience ๐ฐ
Technology & Location Requirements
Equipment & Internet:
- A secure, home office environment free from distractions ๐
- Reliable private internet connection (not cellular/hotspot), with minimum download speeds of 5 Mbps, preferably 10+ Mbps ๐
- Both wired (Ethernet) and Wi-Fi connections are acceptable, provided security and speed criteria are met ๐
- Proof of internet service and speed may be requested by Capital One ๐
Work Location:
This role is exclusively remote. Applicants must meet internet requirements and reside in the continental U.S., excluding California, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. International work is not permitted at this time, and sponsorship is not available.
Compensation Details by Location
- Remote (anywhere in the U.S.): $43,680 annually
- Richmond, VA: $43,680 annually
