About the Role

As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you'll lead a dynamic retail team, bringing the Arch Telecom brand and core values to life. You'll be the ultimate brand ambassador, creating an energetic and engaging environment around our products and services. Your focus will be on building meaningful customer relationships, guiding them through their shopping journey, and ensuring your store exceeds its goals.

What You'll Do

• Lead by example — assist customers online, via Customer Care, and in-store to provide seamless service.
• Explore customer needs by demonstrating the latest technology and personalized solutions.
• Drive sales — oversee store operations, inventory, and new programs to meet or surpass sales targets.
• Innovate with solutions — suggest accessories and IoT devices to keep customers connected to their lifestyles.
• Maintain store excellence — ensure the store is inviting, organized, and fully operational.
• Deliver service with patience, honesty, and empathy.
• Utilize digital tools to showcase network coverage, plans, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Complete ongoing training to sharpen skills, learn new systems, and improve the in-store experience.
• Build strong cross-channel relationships, working with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless experience and identify small business leads.
• Foster a fun, team-oriented environment while providing top-tier customer service.

• Previous wireless sales experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full-time availability (45 hours per week)
