🔹 Job Overview

The Welcome Call Specialist plays a vital role in delivering a positive and seamless experience for clients newly enrolled in our debt settlement program. This position involves making both inbound and outbound calls to welcome clients, reinforce the benefits of the program, and ensure they have a clear understanding of the services they’ve signed up for. Through empathetic and informative communication, the specialist helps clients set a successful financial course.

📝 Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm welcome calls to new clients, explaining program details and benefits.
  • Make outbound calls to clients who weren’t transferred from their account executive to complete the welcome process.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships by providing exceptional customer service and reinforcing the program’s value.
  • Explain the debt settlement program clearly, answer questions, and address concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Align client expectations with program goals and procedures.
  • Identify and escalate client issues or concerns to the appropriate department promptly.
  • Make necessary adjustments to clients’ programs as needed.
  • Document all client interactions and call outcomes following standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of our debt settlement services and policies.
  • Collaborate internally to enhance overall client experience.

🎯 Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills.

🎓 Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1+ year(s) of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role, preferably in financial services or related industries.
  • Experience conducting client support or sales calls via phone is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
