Position Summary
We are on the lookout for a talented Freelance Arabic Translator to accurately translate our website content from English to Modern Standard Arabic. The ideal candidate will ensure the translations are precise, culturally relevant, SEO-friendly, and aligned with our brand voice and messaging.
Location
This role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Translate website content, including product descriptions, blog articles, FAQs, and marketing materials, into Arabic.
- Ensure all translations are accurate, culturally appropriate, and engaging for an Arabic-speaking audience.
- Optimize translated content for SEO, incorporating keywords and meta descriptions where necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing and web development teams to ensure seamless integration of the translated content.
- Proofread and edit existing translations to uphold high language standards.
- Suggest localization improvements to enhance user experience for Arabic-speaking customers.
Requirements & Experience
- Native or near-native fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in website translation, localization, or content writing.
- Strong understanding of cultural nuances and language variations across Arabic-speaking regions.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for multilingual websites.
- Previous experience working with direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands is a plus.
Compensation
Freelance (Project-Based): Payment will be based on an hourly rate.
