We are seeking a seasoned professional with in-depth expertise to contribute to innovative techniques, processes, and client engagement strategies within our Wealth Relationship Management team. This role offers significant impact and leadership opportunities in a dynamic financial environment.

Overview

The Wealth Relationship Management (Branch) Sr. Analyst SAFE Act is a critical role requiring extensive disciplinary knowledge and industry expertise. The individual will evaluate complex issues, develop strategic approaches, and lead initiatives that influence team performance and client satisfaction. Strong communication, diplomacy skills, and informal leadership are essential, along with coaching responsibilities for new recruits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Building 🤝: Identify, deepen, and expand relationships within the affluent and High Net Worth segments through exceptional financial planning and discovery skills.
  • Client Needs Anticipation 💡: Recognize complex financial needs and offer tailored solutions via a broad range of products and services.
  • Holistic Financial Solutions 🏦: Collaborate with product specialists to understand and meet clients' banking, credit, and investment goals.
  • Client Engagement 🌟: Maintain high-value engagement through face-to-face meetings, seminars, and regular communication at clients’ preferred locations.
  • Portfolio Growth 📈: Leverage referral opportunities to grow and diversify the client portfolio.
  • Customer Acquisition & Expansion 🚀: Source, acquire, and expand high-value relationships, maximizing sales and service opportunities.
  • Collaboration 🤝: Refer opportunities to segment partners, including Lending Consultants, Financial Advisors, and Relationship Managers.
  • Event Management 🎉: Organize client events to strengthen relationships.
  • Referral Conversion 🎯: Acquire new clients by converting referral leads.
  • Compliance & Risk Management ✅: Follow all regulatory and compliance procedures, including KYC/AML norms, and ensure a positive in-branch client experience.
  • Risk & Ethics ⚖️: Assess risks involved in business decisions, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 5-8 years in financial services or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, financial, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with Money Guide Pro, NaviPlan Select, or similar software preferred.
  • Financial Acumen: Basic understanding of investment and financial planning strategies preferred.
  • Personal Traits: Self-starter, problem solver, goal-oriented, organized, detail-focused.
  • Regulatory Certifications: U.S. FINRA Registration including SIE, Series 6, 63, 65, or Series 7 and 66. Insurance Group 1 license required.
  • Additional Requirements: Must register as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry ("Registry") and maintain the registration annually.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
