About the Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor at JD Logistics, you will oversee daily activities at our busy New Jersey distribution center. Your proactive leadership will play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and upholding safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

🛠️ Operations Execution

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders
• Monitor productivity levels, optimize workflows, and resolve bottlenecks effectively

🤝 Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor warehouse associates; oversee training and coaching
• Allocate labor and assign tasks to meet operational targets
• Motivate team members while maintaining high performance standards and accountability

📦 Inventory & Quality Assurance

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to sustain accuracy
• Monitor quality control processes and address any product or order discrepancies

🦺 Safety & Compliance

• Enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Promote a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all staff

📈 Reporting & Communication

• Relay shift updates, challenges, and performance results to the Warehouse Manager
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot operational issues

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment
• At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or inventory software is preferred
• Bilingual in Mandarin is required
