We are looking for a motivated and bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations. In this key role, you will lead a team, manage logistics, and ensure safety while maintaining high standards of efficiency and accuracy.

Job Summary

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind seamless distribution activities, inventory management, and process improvements. Your leadership will promote safety, motivation, and operational excellence within our dynamic logistics environment. Fluency in both Chinese and English is essential for effective communication across diverse teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations — including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling — to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. 🚛
• Lead and develop warehouse staff — providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to cultivate a high-performing team. 👥
• Manage inventory control — utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 to ensure stock accuracy and accountability. 📦
• Coordinate logistics — working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and internal teams to optimize distribution workflows. 🔗
• Implement process improvements — enhancing workflow, safety protocols (OSHA compliance), and overall warehouse productivity. ⚙️
• Operate mechanical equipment — including forklifts and heavy lifting tools, safely and efficiently. 🚜
• Maintain safety standards — conducting safety audits and enforcing OSHA regulations to ensure a secure working environment. 🦺

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role with strong leadership qualities.
• Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English — essential for effective team and stakeholder communication. 🗣️
• Extensive knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse distribution processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), particularly AS400, for inventory tracking and automation.
• Mechanical knowledge related to forklifts, heavy lifting equipment, and materials handling tools.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations within e-commerce or 3PL environments.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage team performance and foster a positive workplace culture. 🌟

Additional Details

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour 💰
