Position Summary 🎯

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage daily warehouse activities, lead associates, maintain accurate inventory records, and contribute to operational improvements. The role demands a strong presence on the floor, meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to prioritize daily tasks.

Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential, as you'll regularly communicate with Mandarin-speaking team members and English-speaking staff, carriers, vendors, and partners.

Work Schedule 🕗

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility for business needs. Rest and meal breaks are provided per company policy and applicable laws.

Compensation 💰

Hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities 📝

Warehouse Operations 🚚

• Supervise daily activities such as receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and organization.
• Assign tasks to associates, monitor work progress, and ensure accuracy and productivity.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound workflows for timely and accurate order processing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support layout improvements, storage utilization, labeling, and workflow efficiency initiatives.

Inventory Control 📦

• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and audits.
• Record inventory movements accurately using WMS, ERP, barcoding, or other tools.
• Investigate shortages, overages, damaged goods, and location discrepancies.
• Generate inventory reports as needed to support operations.

Quality & Process Control 🔍

• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and discrepancies.
• Document quality issues with photos and notes, escalating to management as needed.
• Follow and help improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Track and address recurring errors with corrective actions.

Team Leadership & Training 🎓

• Train staff on procedures, safety, equipment, and inventory standards.
• Communicate daily priorities clearly in both English and Mandarin.
• Monitor attendance, performance, safety, and compliance.
• Report staffing, safety, or productivity concerns promptly.

Safety & Compliance 🦺

• Enforce safety rules and company procedures.
• Support OSHA compliance, proper equipment use, and incident prevention.
• Report unsafe conditions, accidents, and equipment issues immediately.
• Perform additional duties to support warehouse operations as assigned.

Qualifications 🎓

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English for effective communication.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, logistics, or inventory control.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or team coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with receiving, shipping, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and documentation is advantageous.
• Familiarity with WMS, ERP, barcode scanning, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Forklift certification or equipment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills are essential.
• Must be able to work onsite in Pottsville, PA.

Physical Requirements 💪

This role may involve standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and occasionally lifting or moving items weighing 25 to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
