We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Order Execution 📦
  • Manage the entire order fulfillment process, including inventory checks, picking, kitting, packaging, and outbound shipments.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Receiving Goods 🚚
  • Oversee receipt of goods from the production department.
  • Conduct inspections and acceptance of externally purchased materials, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
• WMS Data Maintenance 💾
  • Maintain and update warehouse data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS/ERP).
  • Ensure inventory records are accurate through timely system updates.
• Inventory Counting & Adjustment 📊
  • Organize and perform periodic inventory cycle counts, especially in areas with data discrepancies.
  • Analyze variances and make necessary adjustments to ensure data accuracy.
• Procurement Coordination 🛒
  • Analyze inventory data to plan and coordinate procurement orders with overseas factories.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to meet production and sales demands.
• Facility & Equipment Maintenance 🛠️
  • Manage maintenance and repair of warehouse facilities including forklifts and handling tools.
  • Ensure all equipment is safe and functional to support daily operations.

  • 管理订单执行的全流程，包括库存检查、安排并跟进拣货、齐套、包装以及出库发货。
  • 确保货物按时、准确地发出。
• 收货管理 📥
  • 负责接收来自生产部门的货物。
  • 对外购入库的物料进行验收检查并办理入库手续。
  • 确保所有收货物料有完整的入库记录并妥善存放。
• WMS数据维护 💻
  • 维护并更新仓库管理系统（WMS/ERP）中的库存数据。
  • 通过及时更新系统，确保库存记录的准确性。
• 盘点与库存调整 🔍
  • 组织并执行周期性库存盘点，特别是重点核查数据异常区域。
  • 分析库存差异并根据实际情况调整库存数据，确保账物一致。
• 采购协调 📋
  • 分析库存数据，规划并安排与海外工厂的采购订单。
  • 确保库存水平满足生产和销售需求。
• 设施与设备维护 🏗️
  • 负责仓库设施的维护与修理，包括叉车和搬运工具等设备。
  • 确保所有设备安全且处于良好工作状态，以支持正常运营。
