Overview

As a Picking and Packing Associate, you will play a crucial role in selecting products, preparing shipments, and maintaining an organized workspace. This engaging position emphasizes teamwork, efficiency, and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Note: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to communicate effectively with team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate Picking: Carefully select items from designated storage locations based on order specifications, verifying quantities and product details.
• Secure Packing: Pack selected items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
• Proper Labeling: Affix accurate shipping labels to facilitate smooth delivery processes.
• Quality Checks: Conduct reviews on packed orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before dispatch.
• Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets while following safety protocols.
• Inventory Support: Assist with inventory replenishment and stock organization as needed to support seamless operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and accurately.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of standing, walking, lifting, and moving items throughout your shift.
• Basic Math Skills: For counting, measuring, and verifying quantities.
• Warehouse Equipment Operation: Ability to operate tools such as pallet jacks or forklifts (preferred but not required).
• Effective Communication: Strong skills for teamwork and safety compliance.
• Positive & Proactive Attitude: Eagerness to solve problems and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• Experience: Prior warehouse picking or packing experience is a plus but training will be provided.
