Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist 🚚

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with a background in warehouse management and piping materials handling to support our operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities 📦

• Oversee storage of piping materials and manage warehouse activities.
• Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
• Streamline picking and packing processes to effectively support 10-15 construction and contractor clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment aligned with client delivery schedules.
• Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, or errors to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily workflows, including delivery schedules and issue resolution with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.

Qualifications 📋

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, or supply chain management (SCM).
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and material handling.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in both English and Korean (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred:

• Experience working with 3PL providers.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
