About The Team

You’ll join our JD Young Internship Pathway, developed to provide hands-on experience supporting our Job Families in Logistics, Warehouse, and Supply Chain Management. We value curiosity, collaboration, and confidence, empowering you to build real skills and make a concrete impact, starting from your first day. 🌟

About the Role

The Warehouse Operations Intern supports daily operations, working closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to meet productivity, quality, safety, and service goals. Designed for interns seeking hands-on leadership exposure within a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment, this role prepares you for future positions such as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Operations Analyst.

Key responsibilities include:

Operations Support

• Assist with inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Monitor workflow and help balance labor across work areas
• Track productivity, accuracy, and SLA performance
• Escalate operational issues to Team Leaders or Managers

Safety & Compliance

• Promote a safe work environment and ensure SOPs are followed
• Report safety concerns, near misses, and incidents promptly
• Support warehouse audits and compliance checks

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Assist with data tracking on volume, productivity, and errors
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Communicate daily goals, priorities, and process changes to associates
• Assist with onboarding and training new warehouse associates
• Act as a point of contact for associates when Team Leaders are unavailable

Team Leadership (Intern Level)

Support Team Leaders by coaching associates on standard work and safety practices.

About You

We’re seeking bright, motivated individuals to join our Supply Chain Team. Ideal candidates will have:

• Preference for native Chinese speakers 🇨🇳
• Graduating in 2025 or 2026; pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related fields 🎓
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel 📊
• Clear logical thinking, responsibility, and excellent communication & teamwork skills 🤝
• A keen interest in the supply chain and e-commerce industries with a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment 🚀
