Position: Warehouse Operations Internship (JD Young Program) 🎓

• Contract Type: Intern Fixed-term Trainee Contract
• Time: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Salary: $20/hr
• Location: Piscataway, NJ
• Note: We are unable to support H-1B lottery or transfer for this role.

About The Team

About the Role

The Warehouse Operations Intern supports daily warehouse functions, working closely with Team Leaders and Operations Managers to meet productivity, quality, safety, and service standards. This developmental role prepares interns for future leadership positions, such as Team Leader, Supervisor, or Operations Analyst.

Alongside mentorship, your responsibilities include:

• Operations Support:
  • Assist inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and shipping activities
  • Monitor workflow; help balance labor across work areas
  • Track productivity, accuracy, and SLA performance
  • Escalate operational issues to leadership
• Safety & Compliance:
  • Promote safety and adherence to SOPs
  • Report safety concerns and incidents
  • Support warehouse audits and compliance checks
• Process & Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify inefficiencies; suggest improvements
  • Assist with data tracking (volume, errors, productivity)
  • Participate in process improvement projects
• Communication & Training:
  • Convey daily goals and priorities
  • Support onboarding and training of new associates
  • Act as a contact point for associates when leaders are unavailable
• Team Leadership (Intern Level):
  • Support coaching on work standards and safety

About You

We're seeking bright and motivated individuals to join our Supply Chain Team:

• Preferably native Chinese speakers
• Graduating in 2025 or 2026; pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel
• Clear logical thinker with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Genuine interest in supply chain and e-commerce industries
