• Position: Warehouse Associate (Full-time)
• Shifts available: Day (5 AM - 2 PM) and Night (3 PM - 12 AM)
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with additional pay for night shifts

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments 📦
• Prepare and verify outgoing shipments and packing lists 📋
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update systems 🔄
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams for smooth operations 🚚
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in accordance with SOPs 🚧
• Support audits, compliance, and risk mitigation efforts 🕵️‍♂️
• Adhere to food safety standards and keep the work environment clean and organized 🧼

📝 Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience
• Strong familiarity with inventory systems and documentation processes
• Forklift certification is a plus ✅
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred 🌎

🔧 Essential Physical & Technical Requirements

• Ability to safely perform physical duties: extended standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and equipment operation
• Capability to work in various environments, including refrigerated/freezer conditions ❄️🔥
• Proficiency in basic English for reading labels, POs, and BOLs
• Comfortable with basic computer operations (Excel, email) and WMS systems (preferred)
• Experience with RF scanners is a plus

🛠️ Additional Skills & Qualities

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and process adherence
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain inventory accuracy (FIFO/FEFO)
• Must be willing to travel between company facilities as needed
• Experience in cold storage or the food industry is advantageous 🥶
• Forklift certification is a plus
